Description
These COPACK IBC's are manufactured to our own specification and are available in standard Natural with an inner tank that conforms to both food grade and dangerous goods regulations, as well as being available with a Black inner tank option for light sensitive products. The outlet thread on this option is the more common DN50 Coarse S60x6 type.
One of the key features of these IBC's are a Heavy Duty DN50 Butterfly Valve complete with a yellow Tamper Evident tab. To protect the lower discharge area, a hinged plastic security flap has been added to reduce the risk of the valve being damaged by a forklift tine, or in general transport ensuring confidence that the contents will remain intact from the point of origin through to final delivery.
Also as standard is a vented DN150 Top Cap so that the IBC is suitable for chemicals that give off vapour, as well as a high quality zinc coated steel frame and pallet base. We can provide Non Vented Top Caps if required. We have the front placard "pressed" with the UN Numbers, Manufacturing Dates, Load Ratings etc as these are then permanent as opposed to decals than can be removed.
