COPACK Stackable Auto Crate 25 Litre - Vented Base
Description
The Auto Crate range was designed for the Australian automotive manufacturing industry when in its heyday with thick walls and a vented base to allow fluids to drain through. Although automotive manufacturing has now ceased, these crates are still popular in the engineering industry and other manufacturing where a heavy duty crate may be required for products made by punch or press where cooling fluids are used. The vented base allow the fluids to drain away so that the finished product is not sitting in a liquid reducing the onset of corrosion / oxidisation.
There are 3 product options in the range stemming from this 25 Litre Low Wall model through to a 50 Litre High Wall crate, and the same 50 Litre crate with one side "open" to allow ease of access to the contents when the crates are stacked on top of each other. The 25 Litre Crate can also be supplied without holes in the base as shown in product photo.
For applications that do not require a vented base, or a heavy duty crate to the job at hand, our Stackable Tote Box range should be considered as these are ex stock across the size range.
