NZ Series Stacka Nesta Crates
This category of Stack and Nest Crates has been a mainstay of New Zealand industry for decades in the three sizes available. They rotate 180 degreess to efficiently nest inside each other for return transport or storage when empty and are also stackable when full with or without the optional clip on lid.
The standard crates are moulded from 100% New PP (Polypropylene) resin and are FDA Approved and are able to be used with food products as well as products more industrial in nature. We can also mould in food grade High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) materials should a more impact resistant crate be required, or where they need to be used in sub zero temperatures.

FEATURES:
- Smooth internal surfaces with rounded corners for easy cleaning
- Common 645 x 415mm dimension at top edge across all sizes to accept the same Lid
- Optional lid has holes in each end that align with holes in crate to accept a security tie for tamper evidence as well as a lift tab at one end
- The customer’s logo can be applied onto the container by hot foil stamping
- PP Operational Temperature Range from -5°C to +130°C
- HDPE Operational Temperature Range from -40°C to +65°C
- Moulded to order in a range of colours
