Non Rackable Pallets
Pallets is this category are not designed to be used with racking and are purely for floor use only.
The injection moulded Nestable Export Pallets are ideal for single use applications where a light load is required to be sent via LCL Ocean Freight, or by Air Freight without the need to be concerned about any export certifications regarding wooden or fibre based pallets. Being nestable in design, a stack of 50 is under 2.5 meters high therefore they take up minimal space when in storage waiting to be used. Our main sizes are 800 x 600mm, 1200 x 800mm and 1200 x 1000mm with other sizes available on indent for 100+ quantities.
The Pallenz Platform Pallet is blow moulded in our Hamilton factory and has smooth surfaces which make it very easy to keep in a hygienic state. These are quite often used in food processing areas for shuttling ingredients in across the "red line". Having a smooth top surface makes them the perfect solution for handling bagged products as there are no sharp areas to tear open the packaging.
Our current range of pallets has been impacted by supply chain disruptions and increases caused by increased cost of shipping and manufacturing costs. We have tried to mitigate these but unfortunately to make these products available, we have had to increase our pricing on these lines, or have the made the decision not to stock them until costs revert to a point where they are viable again.
