3 Skid Rackable Medium Weight Pallet - 1200 x 1000mm

The AUER Medium Duty Pallet range is made of scratch resistant, high quality plastic and are all-rounders in day to day service with load bearing capacities between those of the light weight and the heavy duty pallets.  They are suitable for world wide exports, and can be used to rack lighter loads between 500-750 Kg dependent on having either 3 Skids or 5 Skids to support the load.  

Pallet trucks can easily access the pallet through the 1000mm side as there are no skids.  While these 3 skid pallets can be racked, for safety reasons we recommend only using these with light loads at low heights .  If using pallets in high beam racking, encapsulated pallets (skids on all sides) are a must as when elevating an unbalanced load, there is a high risk of a pallet with only 3 skids tipping off the forks if raised from the 1000mm side that does not have skids.

AUER's Pallets all have a 8mm raised edge as standard as a safety feature to keep the load onto the pallets top surface when in transit.  We can also machine the raised edges off these pallets to provide a flat top surface if required for use in applications where the edge could become an obstacle, i.e. when bagged or boxed products need to be transferred onto, or from other pallets.

These pallets are moulded from Recycled High Density Polyethylene resins and are environmentally friendly as can be recycled again once past their usable life. 

By having a 1200 x 1000mm footprint, these pallets are ideal for transporting general cargo around New Zealand due to the NZ Standard footprint and are an ideal platform to transport our Industrial Crates on where the crate dimensions are 600 x 400mm or smaller modules of the key sizing.  They can also be used in dry and refrigerated shipping containers.  If used in dry containers then they need to be stacked "chinese" to make full use of the space and in refrigerated (or reefer) containers they are stack with the 1000mm side across the rear wall.

This pallet is available as an INDENT line as we stock the Heavy Duty APRH12105 model which is complete with tubular steel reinforcement profiles as that model is more of an "all rounder" due to its racking performance.
