Description
The COPACK Range of Rackable Pallets encompasses all the requirements of a pallet to get product from A to B regardless of the load or if the pallets are to be returned to the point of origin, or are a one way pallet.
Our range of light weight and medium weight pallets are generally moulded from recycled polypropylene resins and are environmentally friendly as can be recycled again once past their usable life. We can also mould these in 100% Virgin PP, in colours, and with corporate markings should required quantities exceed 300 units.
The 1700 x 1130 x 150mm Pallets are ideal for transporting and/or storing light and bulky products. These are well suited for cardboard cartons being sent into food and pharmaceutical manufacturers in place of wooden pallets as can cross over the "Red Line" into designated hygiene areas. Another benefit of this pallet size as that they will fit across the back wall of a shipping container along the 1130mm side and then fit 7 x pallets deep in a 40' FCL equating to 14 x pallets on the floor instead of 20 or 22 meaning 33% less fork movements when shipping viable loads.
Medium Duty Pallets have more material, are higher at 150mm, and have increased static and rackable load ratings over the Light Weight Rackable Pallets.
